- 12 hours theory lesson concerning Italian wines and traditional foods.
- Coupling foods and wines, recipes and practical workshop for homemade pasta.

- Dinners in farm centre based on meat (red wines) and in restaurant based on fish (white wine)

- 12 hours lessons – slides and videos.
- Trip to Pomposa.
- Guided tour to the Museum of Rimini

6. ECOLOGICAL AND NATURAL TRAIL
- 12 lessons about ecology, environment, guided tours.
