Traditional Cooking Course – #CookWithMe
Starred chefs are not needed but only gourmets, who have a passion for cooking.
The real cuisine of the Italian housewife: how Italians eat at the table!
These lessons are aimed at small groups of people of all ages; who want, in a simple and clear way, to learn the recipes of the Italian Tradition.
Through manual skills and the use of the senses (sight, taste, smell), a path will open up to create genuine and traditional dishes, to the delight of relatives and friends! You will learn in a few lessons how to prepare homemade rolling pin pasta in various formats: from tagliatelle to ravioli, and much more. The goal of this course is to give the possibility, on returning to their countries of origin, to be able to easily repeat the recipes independently.
- Two language lessons (from 9 am to 10.45 am)
- For groups: two hours in the kitchen (from 11 am to 1 pm)
- For individual lessons: two hours in the kitchen (from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm)
Conversation and explanations in Italian are another way to improve the knowledge of the Italian language, and are also suitable for beginners. The course, in very small groups with a maximum of 5 students, is suitable for everyone; to those who have never cooked, but also to experts who want to get to know the real Romagna cuisine in the land of Pellegrino Artusi; for those who simply want to prepare something for friends and for those looking for new ideas…
An Italian language and cooking course: the perfect combination to live (and enjoy!) all the way to Italian culture through two of its most important components.
The course is organized in 2 or 4 meetings and is accessible to all students, even beginners. During the lesson, which consists of a real practical laboratory, the students will prepare a typical recipe of Italian cuisine.
Respecting the Italian culinary tradition, the simplicity and genuineness of the raw materials, the moment of preparing the courses will be a a pleasant opportunity to speak in Italian, socialize and have fun.
This course is organized so that students can experiment with their own hands how to cook. The students conclude the morning by consuming the dishes prepared with the teacher.
Participants will receive a free recipe, to take home to re-propose the dishes made.
The teaching material is included.
Excursions in the Romagna hinterland, tastings of typical products and visits to wineries, oil companies, etc. … are available for an in-depth study of the food and wine culture.
