These lessons are aimed at small groups of people of all ages; who want, in a simple and clear way, to learn the recipes of the Italian Tradition.

- For groups: two hours in the kitchen (from 11 am to 1 pm)
- For individual lessons: two hours in the kitchen (from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm)

The course, in very small groups with a maximum of 5 students, is suitable for everyone; to those who have never cooked, but also to experts who want to get to know the real Romagna cuisine in the land of Pellegrino Artusi; for those who simply want to prepare something for friends and for those looking for new ideas…
An Italian language and cooking course: the perfect combination to live (and enjoy!) all the way to Italian culture through two of its most important components.

This course is organized so that students can experiment with their own hands how to cook. The students conclude the morning by consuming the dishes prepared with the teacher.
Participants will receive a free recipe, to take home to re-propose the dishes made.
The teaching material is included.
Excursions in the Romagna hinterland, tastings of typical products and visits to wineries, oil companies, etc. … are available for an in-depth study of the food and wine culture.
